Are you interested in going around the Medieval world with your homeschool lessons this year? This is a literature-based family-style curriculum for elementary students! Built to include a wide feast of Medieval history from around the globe! Each week covers connected topics to explore ideas in the same categories but without the 5-day format. This allows you to have a day for co-op, two days for blended model, or a day to catch up.
- 36 weekly layouts
- 108 Daily lesson layouts
- Monthly supply lists
- Monthly book lists
Many cycle curriculums I see claim to be global, but tend to slide back and focus on Western Europe. I’ve tried to spend equal time on the different continents. Each selection for a culture not my own was cross-checked with people whose culture it is.
Two months of each school year are taken to examine the ancient history and culture of 4 of the major contents.
- Kick off with the fall of the Roman Empire. This has Asian, European, and some African mixed together.
- Africa
- Asia
- Europe
- Americas
Subjects include:
- Bible and Hymn
- Literature
- Copywork
- Science
- History
- Geography
- Art
- Nature Study
- Handicraft
- BONUS – Toddler Time
Science is different this year!!! I will have a younger elementary track that leans into nature learning. Then there will be a “second helpings” track that includes higher level science! The second helpings track will include YouTube training resources to help explain the more complex concepts. I’ve also written and included labs.
ATTENTION: The purchase comes with an invitation to join the “Community Facebook Group”.
- Front and back – color printed and laminated (heavier lamination is better).
- Inside pages – Front and back black and white printing on #28 paper
- Spiral bind
